Behavior: Manifests in its "dormant" state in patches of light. If an observer notices it and realizes that there isn't supposed to be a shadow there, it transforms into its "active" state by growing out of its dormant state. Once in its active state, it silently watches the observer.

Notes: Despite what Manifestation 4 looks like, it is NOT an instance of M7. Unlike M7, M4 has a physical body and can directly alter the composition of that body, which is different from the transformation M7 undergoes when it is observed.
